Wealth IQ was established in 2022. In January 2023, we received our license as a professional market participant and were included in the Central Bank of Russia’s official register of investment advisors.

Each client works with a dedicated banker who brings in the right experts as needed: investment advisors, tax consultants, legal specialists. Instead of handling everything yourself, you delegate it to our team.

1. Family Office Subscription. An annual subscription for ongoing support across financial, tax, and legal matters in multiple jurisdictions — essentially, a personal banker on call.
2. Investment Advisory. We earn fees for providing investment advice and performance-based compensation, which directly aligns our success with yours.
3. Custom Solutions. Every client has a unique asset infrastructure — a map of banks, brokers, and legal entities across countries. We help optimize this setup. With over 70 partners in 14 countries, we assist with selecting jurisdictions, unblocking assets, establishing personal funds or trusts, navigating tax matters, obtaining residency permits, and more.

We assist with all matters related to capital — including taxation, structuring, and investment. Our services fall into several core categories:

• Infrastructure: support with account opening, payment processing, and the setup of personal funds
• Investments: investment advisory, access to alternative investments, and ready-made strategies
• Tax & Legal: tax advisory, legal consulting, support with residency and citizenship applications, and transaction structuring

We also offer a Family Office subscription — a comprehensive, all-in-one solution that functions like an annual subscription to a full suite of private banking services.

We don’t require you to move your assets to a specific "preferred" bank or broker. Instead, we focus on helping you manage what you already have. Our role is to provide an independent overview of your wealth — across different banks, brokers, countries, and currencies — and to assess how each part of it is performing.
If needed, we can recommend a new investment infrastructure or better pricing, but the decision to transfer assets is always yours.

It covers financial, tax, and legal matters across relevant jurisdictions and is designed for those who want more control, better infrastructure, and smarter decision-making. Your banker acts as a strategic advisor — bringing in specialists when needed and helping you access the most attractive financial solutions on the market, from deposit rates to investment products.

Your banker communicates directly with banks and brokers, provides second opinions on their offers, and helps you find the best options available. They also assist with tasks like annual KYC updates and can represent your interests under power of attorney (without access to move funds). When necessary, they bring in experts in taxation, law, investment, or estate planning.

You gain transparency through consolidated reporting, better control via infrastructure diagnostics and regular consultations, and significant time savings — no need to manage banks, tax services, or legal nuances on your own. We also help you navigate the financial landscape by comparing offers and selecting the most competitive terms.

You’ll receive regular reports covering all your accounts and holdings, along with a detailed quarterly market overview.

All plans include consolidated reporting, investment infrastructure diagnostics, and support from a financial business assistant — who helps track contract renewals, recurring payments, tax residency status, passport and residency deadlines, and more. You also receive personal banker assistance with transactions, currency exchanges, and quarterly consultations with our chief analyst, as well as basic tax support.
